My wife and I dined at the Dolce Vita last night. Having read a few reviews here we decided to give it a try. The service is outstanding and the food a surprise at every dish. Chef Stephan and server Florian were part of the diner charm. No menu at la Dolce Vita, the chef comes to your table and discusses what you like and dislike, allergies, constraints and what not. From that discussion he returns to the kitchen to compose dishes that are tasty, natural and a surprise for the palate. We had 7 different dishes, all as different as the planets in the system, shell fish, fish, deer meat ragout and home made gnocchis all as we'll prepared as no other chef would do. Make sure you try the pumpkin raviolis, a delight.
The price is steep, but worth every penny or euro or dollar.
