“Yeah, sure. you can hardly avoid it”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012

It has never turned a profit for anyone. Everyone likes to pass through it (for free) to get from one side of the river to the other and/or look at it from the Hauptbrücke or riverbanks, but it was a waste of money that might better have been spent on other things some other way.Cut it loose and let it drift down to the Black Sea, I say.

“Good when it was new”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

This was installed for Graz's year as European Capital of Culture and it was interesting then. But now it seems a bit shabby and it is not a place I would hang around. Go through it, take photos etc, but do not waste money/time eating or drinking in it.

“"Special Snail"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2012

This is the artificial Island made by an architect which incorporates an restaurant and is used as a stage for concerts. It is one of the dominants of the city and if you are here you can leave without a picture and a walk thru it. During the day it works like a normal pedestrian bridge you can walk thru this gives you the chance to see the construction and "inside" of this snail on the water. It is very nicely illuminated in the evening so another opportunity to see it from its other side

“Less than expected”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2012

The stadium seating outside is a bit cheesy and doesn't feel so clean, inside is quite kitchy and the staff doesn't make you feel all that welcome. But it is certainly unique!
