We stayed here for two nights to visit Graz for the christmas markets and to soak up the festive atmosphere. Graz is absolutely lovely to visit this time of year with lots to see and do. The hotel is situated perfectly for the christmas markets and everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly, helping us with directions, etc.. The breakfast buffet was huge and there was lots to choose from - hot and cold, healthy or not! The room was very comfortable and quiet. All in all it was everything we wanted from a hotel for the weekend.

“The Location is only Advantage”

The hotel location is the only advatage, it is on the river and cross the river (5 minutes walk) the city center with all shopping and dinning choices. the hotel is style and furniture is OLD(80's style) and need to be refurbished, the building is from the 19th Century where you can see the high selling. the room is big and breakfast is good. the hotel doesn't deserve the 5 stars which I rank it as a regular 4 stars.

This is the best Hotel I've ever been and I have never seen such a
nice staff!
The breakfast was very comprehensive and multifaceted.

I highly can recommend this hotel.
I stayed there for a weekend with my wife and we really enjoyed the stay.
Very nice traditional hotel with very helpul and friendly staff.
