We stayed for a week in May. The hotel is centrally located on a beautiful little square with great views over the harbour of Monaco. The staff were great and the rooms, whilst not amazing, are comfortable with deep baths and loads of old world charm.
I stayed as part of a work trip but extended my stay for a night to vist Cannes (as it happened in the rain). Usually I would hunt out a cheaper boutique hotel, but in Monaco I'm not sure there is such a thing. The important things for me are a gym (not huge but well equipped), lots to do within easy walking or running distance (castle, harbour, cassino, beach club, expensive shops- all near).
Monaco is a little like being transported back to the Seventies whilst having your bank account emptied, but the Hermitage made it all bearable and actually quite enjoyable. Thanks.
