Walk through the Fairmont reception - Saphir is at the back of the building with floor to ceiling glass.
The cocktails are fantastic, and a round won't break the bank - I wouldn't suggest leaving your credit card behind the bar!
We stayed overnight, so had breakfast in Saphir in the morning. They lower the blinds a little so that the sun glinting off of the beautiful blue water isn't quite so intense - even though, sitting eating a delicious breakfast looking out onto the bay is a memory that I will always treasure.
