Wherever we go on holiday we always make sure we get a trip to a local waterpark, and I have to say this one was one of the best we have visited. We are a family of 5 with kids 13,11,10. I booked online before going and saved a bit on prices. We arrived nice and early and got our choice of seats, and thankfully the day was really sunny (mid October 2012). The park is not a big as many have said, but I like this as with kids you can keep an eye on them and there's not too much walking. All the slides are also very close together to get on too which again is good. We found the park spotlessly clean, the satff excellent, and what I mean by this, is all the lifeguards at the slides spoke to you, had some laughs with the kids, asked if they wanted pushed or spun down in the rings, and when my daughter lost her goggles, one even jumped in and found them! We found everyone we spoke to very helpful and polite, perhaps you should treat people as you want to be treated eh? We ate at the cafe,a nd the food wasn't the best but edible and we were 35 Euros for snacks and drinks (and I din't see an food marshalls going about and there were plenty folk with picnics!). We didn't see the wave machine working, but to be honest we only went to that part of the park at 4pm as we were too busy elsewhere. All others slides/attractions were on and working. One area did have some long queues as they were only allowing 4/5 on at a time (climbing area and bouce area), but my kids only waited around 10 mins a time for this, but I imagine at peak times this can be bad. On exit we had our bands cut off, charges for our food and locker and off we went. We all agreed a great day out, although one visit during your holiday is enough, so I wouldn't suggest a second visit, even with discounts.
