“Home sweet home!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2013

I too am a local resident of Tsada and, every Friday night, my wife and I eat at Aristo's. A wonderful traditional tavern (within walking distance of our house luckily for us), the family who run it make you feel very welcome, whether you are local or a tourist from downtown Paphos. The T-bone steak with peppercorn sauce is exceptional and the pork chops are not really from pigs, they are from dinosaurs! The wine is good, all the menu is well prepared and the prices are unlikely to be beaten around Paphos. And just to finish off, Aristo and his son make probably the best Brandy Sours have ever tasted.

“Lucky us!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

We live in Tsada so could be slightly biassed here! Aristo's is a family run taverna in the village square. It is a proper taverna with a basic menu but the food is cooked beautifully and the pork chops have to be tasted to be believed. They are HUGE! Steak is always good there and I particularly enjoy the stifado and moussaka. As I said, we live there so eat at Aristos about once a week. It's a very informal place with a mixed clientele of local Cypriots and British people who live nearby. Holidaymakers who take the trouble to explore more than Paphos sea front do find it and are always pleased when they do. Nothing is too much trouble for Aristo and his family, most of whom work at the taverna! We love it there and would recommend it to anyone who wants a proper Cypriot meal in a real taverna.

“An absolute gem of a restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

Aristo's is one of Paphos's best kept secrets. The restaurant is in the village square in Tsada and not difficult to find, just follow the signs for Tsada. Ate there last night for the second time. Food and service was excellent on both occasions. Aristos and his wife are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. Fantastic value for money as well. 30 /40 Euros top for two people with drinks. Why pay extra in Paphos or Coral Bay when you have this gem on the doorstep. 10 out of 10. Please note it is closed on Sundays
