i stayed at the pandream apartments in june 2006 with my friend and 5 year old daughter.
we had a night flight over there so when we finally go there it was 2:30am the staff at this time seemed moody and didnt run through things with us at this time, they did the next morning when we asked how things worked and how we got the service we needed.

we were given a low floor room (we asked for a top floor) the balcony lead on to a field that wasnt a nice view at all, and people passing could see in, we asked to be moved to a higher floor and were moved within 10 minutes into a nicer room with a large balcony and a great view of the pool, we were very happy with this.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. there were 3 english staff at this apartment which is very helpful when trying to ask for directions or some kind of service.

there is also a supermarket thats in use,this is open to everyone. i did find this shop very expensive and if you shop around you will find bargins else were.

the pools were cold but once you were in them they seemed ok, the smaller pool mis a lot warmer then the larger one. the floors are also slippy by the pool sides. the floors leading to the rooms and the down stairs showers, and games room is very slippy, there are signs all around telling you this.
i did have a problem with ants when i was sunbathing by the pool, they have a ant problem here!! i didnt complain as i thought i had done enough of that in my 2 weeks there.

i did find this apartment nice and relaxing, i would stay there again if i ever re-visited paphos, which i dont think i will. its a nice place but very quiet and being only 22 it was to quiet for me, i recomend this for older people who are there to relax in the sun, which was great i can not fault the weather that we had while we were there, i wish i could of brought it home in my suitcase.

For what it is worth, I stayed at the apartments and they were clean, spacious, not a bug in site and the services were excellent. The pool was a nice size and deep and the pool bar was ok (when open). The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only gripe I have is that the resort as a whole was quite expensive and the 10% discount for the restaurant wasn't explained to us fully and we thought it was for the duration of our stay and not a one off.

Myself and my friend visited the Pandream Apartments in Sept 2005. We were both 19 at the time so we frequented Bar Street as that is where the lively entertainment for folk my age goes on. We weren't too en-amoured by the apartments themselves as we had to get moved rooms as anytime we so much as went near the kitchen we wur nearly sick as there were so many bloody ants !! MAJOR ant problem in this hotel !!!!!!! I don't pay all that money to go there and share a kitchen with ants so I asked for a move and got a fair bit of cheek and digged-in heels from the reception staff. We eventually got a new room, still had a wee bit of an ant problem, tiny balcony and bathroom but definitely a better room !! They boast a sauna in this apart-hotel....it was permanently locked and u had to pay extra to use it !! They boast centrally-controlled air conditioning....absolutely no way !! You have to pay-per-day for your air-conditioning upon arrival at reception !! No TV within the rooms and the satellite channels that they boast exist within reception but don't have any English-speaking channels. The Casino that they boast on-site is a complete joke....my m8 and I 'explored' and found no such thing within the complex !! Pool area couldn't really be faulted apart from the mould on the sidewall of the pool....but when you have a monster hangover the pool area was excellent !! Definitely a hotel aimed at couples and families but Bar Street in Paphos was great so all in all I'd give my holiday 11 out of 10....I would go back to Paphos but not this hotel !!

Pandream Hotel Apartments is a nice friendly family hotel. I stayed there with my wife las September. A very nice and beautiful hotel apartment complex located in a very nice and quite area of Kato pafos not far away from the harbour. The restaurat Opus is really worth to visit with its international kitchen as well as the cyprus cuisine. Every saturday was a nice international buffet for a very resonable price.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Looking forward to visit the place again.
