Three of us travelled together, my husband, myself, and my brother on the 23 March 2011 for three weeks. We shared an apartment with a seaview, which we upgraded to when we booked, as it suited the three of us. I cannot speak highly of the welcome and comfort we received. Nothing was too much trouble for Anthie and her staff. Oranges and bananas from Anthie's plantation were available in reception for guests to help themselves to and the use of the internet was free to guests also, which was a kind gesture for those guests who wished to use the internet and keep in touch with home. Bedlinen and towels were changed regularly and there was a wonderful selection of food to suit all tastes. We as a family were more than satisfied with what we received. If a bulb or a repair was reported it was actioned on immediately and dealt with without any fuss. However, If you want the noise and humdrum then Corallia is not for you but if you want the real beauty of Cyprus, and peace and quietness with the beach close by and lovely walks along the coast then this is the place to go. There is also an excellent bus service just outside the hotel, which went to Paphos Harbour or to the old town of Paphos every 15 minutes. About half a mile along the road from the hotel in Coral Bay toward Paphos is a small cluster of shops and restaurants to visit offering a wide selection of services.
I am baffled by a few negative reviews as this Hotel has so much to offer a lot of people but I can only assume that those who complain are the ones who are never satisfied or happy with anything and I wonder why they ever holiday at all. We intend going back to Corallia as soon as we are able and health permitting. For friendliness and kindness this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The food was good and room service was excellent - I just wish we were still there. Thanks Anthie for everything (my picture arrived safely thanks to you and your son for the excellent packaging).
Best wishes to all your staff - too many to mention by name, we enjoyed ourselves so much. Lots of love from the three of us, Lorraine, Gerald and Terry
It is worth upgrading to a sea view..
