This is our 2nd stay at the nereus. I must say it is like putting on an old shoe, bit worn round the edges but fits well and is comfy. As always the staff here are really friendly as is papageorge and his new puppy Gabby. The food here is great with ample portions, just wish they would serve a few more vegetables with dinner. Drinks are very reasonably priced in the hotel.
The downside of the hotel is the smoking, when the weather was not so great guests were smoking in the rooms although they shouldn't have, and it was so bad in our corridor we had to change rooms, also there is a smoking lounge, but for some reason the guests did not think they should close the door.
Another downside is fellow holiday makers stealing food and drink from the breakfast room, Why do the British do this?
Paphos itself we found had gone really expensive since it changed to the euro, also the nasty scratch card gang was not about, whether this was a coincidence or not i do not know.
Most say had a brilliant holiday, its a shame fellow brits spoil it.
