“New with a few bugs to work out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

Great value. Clean. Worth staying especially to see the Tomb of the Kings. But a few quirks. For an apartment, it didn't have much stuff like cooking or eating equipment. I don't think they even had soap. But if you travel with the basics or don't expect a lot, it's a really nice place. Pool was great. Parking under the building. A bit hard to find. So why 5 stars? I think it was about 70 Euro for a really nice 2 bedroom apartment with a view of the sea. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

The facilities are new and in good condition. The pool and gym are very nice and as described in the literature. The rooms are good sized with nice balcony. We had two bedroom, which came with two bathrooms - very nice! The apartments don't have great kitchen supplies (pots, glasses, etc), but we were there only one night, so it was not important to us to cook. Tomb of the Kings and a local pub were within walking distance, so this was nice. The pool bar was also nice for an evening adult beverage. Wifi was substandard, as it was not available in our room. Parking was free, which is always nice. Overall, it was a very good value for the money.

We arrived in the afternoon, to a nice clean modern room, we then went for some lunch at the pool bar, the bar manager was great made some lovely sandwiches and a great burger he then gave us loads in info on the local area and where to go for food how close everything was. He even gave us a lift to the harbour.

We where at the hotel for a week and on the first night found that we had no glasses washing up liquid or bin(the bag full of rubbish from the previous guests had just been left under the sink and started to smell) I went to reception to tell them all of this and got told we would have some glass and bin the next day, We where given glasses the next day but no bin for our entire stay.

The rooms only get cleaned every 3 days which wasn't nice and it soon got traces of sand everywhere. We were told if we wanted to clean the room we had to buy all the stuff ourselves which is a bit far as we where only there for a week and didn't want to spend all our money on cleaning stuff that would get used up.

The curtains in the room where very thin and let in so much light that it was just about impossible to sleep as there where lights all around the pool and kept the bedroom very light all the time.

The pool was brilliant though it was clean and kept warm by the sun, especially in the eve as the sun was going down the pool was amazingly warm, they didn't seem to mind what time you swam till even though the sign said to 7.

I used the gym a few times it was modern clean and new equipment but the staff didn't seem to care about whether you knew how to use equipment or any safety. My girlfriend wanted to use the jacuzzi which was not working when we got there but was told that it would be cleaned and working the next day, but for everyday that week we got the same answer that it was being cleaned and would be ready for the next day, how long does it take to clean?

so overall, the room are nice and modern but is missing lots of basic things and hardly any cleaning done, the pool is great and bar manager was brilliant, i would consider staying here again but with friends not as couple.

Firstly, we arrive late at night, around 11pm and finally found reception, lady took us to what we thought was our room, and walked in on people sleeping... She then left us to wait with our bags and went to get more keys for another room. The same happened again.... We had never been somewhere this has happened before. She then left us again and got more keys and finally this was our room, a bigger room then we paid for but was great, one Double bed with on suite bathroom (shower, toliet, sink) then two single beds in a room and another bathroom (bath, with built in shower, toliet and sink) at this time seeing the room felt like we had picked a good choice. It was late so we went to bed.

Waking up in the morning to discover that the 'fully functional kitchen' was not fully functional. All it had was a set of plates, Bowls. Cutlery, one blunt knife a chopping board and a 3 pots and pans. Oh and an oven. It was a struggle to cook with very basic equipment but we managed it as my boyfriend is a chef. Oh and for this kitchen came with no cleaning equipment, so we couldn't clean everything or wash up until we could get to a shop to buy things

Next the hot water was an issue, for 4 days we only seam to get hot water in the late afternoon. So no morning bath or showers, no washing things up. In the end we resulted in using the kettle to warm the bath up, by day 4 we noticed two switches that had not been labeled but we clicked them on, then we ran the water for another 10 minutes each time and we got hot water! Why did no body tell us this!!!!!

The room was only cleaned once in a whole week! By the end of our stay the floor was thick with sand and all we wanted to do was sweap the floor, we had no cleaning materials to do so... No hand soaps in the toliet, this hotel is very new and I think too new for them to give great customer service

First night, we were watching tv, and all we could hear was up stairs moving furniture, drilling and really heavy stomping, this went on for another 4 hours! By this time we were so fed up we rang reception, explained the problem. They did nothing. So we went to bed... Tried to ignore the noise. The noise carried on all week! Every night, so we went out most nights to ignore the noise. By day 4 we were so sick of it, so I myself went and spoke to reception in person, she didn't really care... And said she would put in a complaint. She also told me the people upstairs live there... I went back and told my boyfriend what had happened. We carried on watching tv and the noise carried on. He went and spoken to reception and requested they change our room. They answered with we are full. My boyfriend demanded that they go and speak to them and tell them to keep the noise down. She refused and said she will give a note to the bouncer who is security when receptionists go home at night. My boyfriend then took matters in to his own hand and went to speak to upstairs himself, hard to understand but the noise did quiten down a little.

The pool bar was advertised open until 9pm every night but they always closed up between 7-8.

I will never be returned to this hotel/ apartment again. The service was very poor. They only seamed interested in my money and didnt care about us.

Appartments itself are just great, everything is new and just built, each room has a balcony with seats and a table to enjoy lovely evenings outside, all the rooms have pool/sea view...lovely. Inside really a lot of space, air conditioning is for free, TV is big. Everything very clean. Pool is very big and really the whole picture of these resort is perfect. Near the city center and tourist area, also tombs of the kings are just 500m away, shop Lidl is 1km away, which is great.
I missed more channels on TV though, but on holidays you shouldn't need it to much :) Internet could be free of charge, cost of it is 10€ per day (they have other opitons too, but all very expensive) :(
In my case good deal (114eur per 2 person/2days)!

Room Tip: All rooms are great. First floor has direct access from the room to the swimming pool-which is great...

stayed here for 2 nights with a large group of friends. Good location, quiet enough but 5 minutes to harbor by car. Lovely modern rooms, very clean, nice pool area, friendly staff, they even treated us with freshly cut figs :) A few minors: curtains very thin, so you wake up really early, no bin in the kitchen/ bedroom, no mirror in the bedroom, no toiletries or hair drier. Appartments are self-catering (no cleaning those 2 days we stayed) - I do not know if they change sheets if you stay more. Overall, a very good price for what you get! I expect they will add some finishing touches in the apartments - if they do, we will be back!

Room Tip: check before your booking that there is an elevator working at your appartment's block, if you h...

We stayed at this resort for five days and could not fault the clean modern apartments based around a big pool.

Spacious apartments with large TV and excellent air conditioning. Only used the poor bar once, but friendly staff and great food. There was loads of information to advise attractions to visit and prices along with a map. Also there was addtionial information on Cyrpus about the culture which was very good.

Reception were very informative in regards to the buses and the times that run, however was a very limited service. Easier to walk onto Tomb of the Kings road which is 5-10 minutes walk where they run every ten minutes. Trips to Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay easy reach and good value.
