Just return from a 2 week stay with my partner and 2 children aged 3 and 8 and my elderly grandmother. Reception staff were excellent speedy checking with no problems, Rooms are basic could do with updating but nothing to worry about, Housekeeping excellent always clean towels and beds changed every other day, slight problem with ants on the floors most of the time in our room and a few other guests we spoke to but not a big problem as long as you dont keep sweets etc laying around. Food was great always something there to eat with different theme nights each night to choose from, Staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. Animation team were great and really friendly, great with the kids and always up for a laugh. Now the bad points which are quite picky but to make you aware. Hotel beach area?? cant really call it a beach, wear beach shoes to go in there, sharp rocks everywhere and not suitable for bathing. Sunbeds be up early if you would like to be near the pool, although there are plenty to go around i advise 6.30am at peak times of the year if you would like a prime spot. Evening entertainment, Although the animation team are great, they do all the entertainment themselves and can be a little boring and all is finish by 10pm, the hotel needs to pay for some acts or singers to preform, Big point and only really downside, Location, nothing near the hotel and its a walk if you like to catch the bus, although you can get a taxi anytime of the day or night at a cost of around 10-15 euros its cheaper to catch the bus at only 1.50 euros, although you are all inclusive and most problerly on a budget and dont want to leave the hotel just be aware. But all in all brillant holiday we will go again without a doubt so my bads points are nothing to worry about to whoever is thinkin about booking.

We went on a last minute family trip and after reading all the reviews we were not sure what to expect as comments were very varied.
First of all we went with Thomas Cook Airlines which I will avoid completely in the future, it was the most cramped flight I have been on!
Now to the hotel, on first impressions, lobby etc. it looks very nice and check in was fast and efficient. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size with the kids sleeping on a sofa bed and a camp bed in the living/kitchen area. We had requested an upstairs, pool view apartment and we got exactly that but also with a fantastic view of the sea and sunset from our balcony. Rooms are basic and could do with a bit of tlc and beds were not very comfortable but ok for a weeks stay.
The pool area was large with a lot of sunbeds, however unless you got up at @7am and put your towels out you would miss all the "prime" spots. As this hotel is a fair way away from anything else and the beach is non existant the pool area is busy all day and can be quite noisy.
The food in the restaraunt was good, plenty of choice and very tasty, yes they did re-use food from the previous sitting but I have never been to an "all inclusive" (buffet style) that does'nt. The snacks are a waste of time, usually sandwiches which are curled up and dry and chicken nuggets/sausages. A word of warning if any kids are fussy, the meals for children are very hitty/missy with even the chicken nuggets edible one day and not the next!
Service at the bar is quick even when there is a queue, yes you are served drinks in plastic cups but to be honest this is a good idea considering you will be sitting near the pool area where lots of kids play. You can get glasses as long as you drink inside and ask for them.
Overall we had a good holiday, things could have been better, ie. the pool area is not kept as clean and tidy as it could be, all the staff are from eastern europe so you do not feel as if you are in cyprus apart from the weather, and kids food and snacks could be improved.

just returned after 2 weeks with a party of 18 ranging from 9 to 66. we had a fantasic holiday . The rooms were big and cleaned every other day and fresh towels when ever you needed them. Could not fault the food there was something for everyone and staff were lovley. would not suit people wanting to party as it was more for familys but some of our party went in to town when hotel bar closed paid 10 euro in taxi and had a fab time' Would return with out a doubt

Spent a week in Pafian Park Village. I have mobility problems so could not walk up hill but taxi for 4 people was only 10 Euro to Harbour shops etc. Arrived 10 pm to find 'buffet' was only hard sandwiches but that was my only complaint. Bar was open and holiday began. Met a few lively people on the trip and together we spent a great week. If you don't find some suitable food here you're not from this planet!! At least five hot main choices each meal, together with various veg and again an excellent range of salad and fruit and dessert choices. Each night had a theme (greek, italian etc)so never had the same food 2 nights in a row. Soups were to die for. Staff fantastic - mainly Bulgarian but spoke very good English (and after all I speak zilch foreign languages!) Very friendly and helpful - lovely people all!
I would definitely return.Thomas Cook rep Rachel - we love you and thank you for all your help - it was much appreciated. Animation team were delightful and excellent with smaller children and put on a lively -if amateur - show each night, together with bingo, while keeping people active during the day with sports, both land based and water based. I read stories from other reviewers who would accuse me of having low standards or bad taste -pretentious or what!! But then again I came across people on our trip who did nothing but whine about the place from day one to day seven. If you look for faults anywhere you'll find them. Maybe that's why they sat ALONE each night at the entertainment and then complained about it next day! I've stayed in 5 stars where service and food was far worse than this. We were all-inclusive and found this excellent value for money. On site shop was not great and could do with a liitle more stock but then with all-inclusive guests who is gonna be buying?
If you want to just chill out for a week then this spot is good - not perfect but then where is?
