Quality of service at the Reception desk needs improvement for sure. Takes time to pay your bill at check out and there is not a bill in advance delivered in your room.
Also at "traffic" time, especialy in the evenings waiting in the hotel lobby to be served is a challenge. Headcount reduction? cost savings? who knows.
However that fact that the hotel is located within the business and commercial areas of the city compensates the ones who travel for business purposes.
