We'd booked this before I checked the review sites and right up until going, I was beginning to think I had made a big mistake. How wrong I was, maybe after reading the reviews, my expectations weren't that high but I am glad we did not cancel. Booked in this hotel all inclusive. Arrived at approx. 11.20pm, all inclusive stopped at 11pm however, reception arranged for us to have a drink. We had originally gone to Limassol to visit friends and were going out with them the next day so only had a light breakfast of cereal and fruit. Can't go much wrong with that. We did not eat in the hotel again that day. After that, if you liked a cooked breakfast (which I don't) then there wasn't much choice, mainly small sausages eggs and tomatoes and beans. On 2 occasions bacon was served. My husband got fed up with it. The toaster did not work all the time we were there. The staff, who were all really nice and pleasant were fed up with this and had put in complaints. Nothing was done. The orange juice, as previous reviews said was like water although compared to other countries abroad you could get a decent cup of tea. The lunchtime menu was served on the pool terrace and there was a wide variety to choose from. Apart from a couple of days, the dinner menu was service at the table which was a nice touch. I think this may have been because the hotel was so quiet that it saved waste. Although we had to laugh when they run out of potatoes one night and a guy was given sprouts in their place. The hotel in general could do with a bit of TLC but was clean and as I mentioned before, the staff were helpful and they could not do enough for you in particular Nicole and Dev. The hotel was clean enough, however, I agree with the road being used as a racetrack. In fact, my husband new which cars were racing and when he couldn't sleep used to watch them. One of the hotels across the road was being refurbished so from aprrox 7am all you could hear was a Kango from our room. The hotel itself was very quiet and there was no entertain except a guy who played an organ and sang twice a week. We put this down to the time of year, but we found this fine for us as we both lead very busy lives and it allowed us to chill out and spend some quality time together.
