Beware . My wife and I stayed a week at this hotel on half board. The food was poor, cold (put out as hot but cold when put out )and unappealing . The waiting staff cleaned plates and then wiped their hands on the tablecloth of the nearest available unoccupied table. The scraped off food debris was scraped into a bin less than 2 feet from nearby tables.
The sink and cistern in our room needed attention as did the bathroom sliding door which we put back on the runners ourselves . Add to this paper thin bedroom walls which left nothing to the imagination of what was going on next door and you'll see why we would never go back there for another holiday.
Without realising we did not book a package but used an on line booking agent for another company. This is not recommended because instead of compensating for our inconvenience they really just passed the buck.

We saw this holiday advertised on Teletext, we had to re-check booking as we received no paperwork or confirmation. Monarch Airline was good going out but changed plane on return and we had awful seats, had to demand better ones as there were plenty vacant and staff had couldn't care less attitude. The Hotel is old and in need of modernisation and the grounds smell of cats. However, the rooms were clean, the food was good and the staff were friendly and polite. It is near the beach, with some lovely walks, the road outside is noisy and I don't think I would like it in Summer but for a winter cheapie it was very good value for money. I would defintiely go again.

  • Liked — It was clean and cheap and the food was good
  • Disliked — no remote control for TV

Having read the comments posted on this website my girlfriend an I were a bit apprehensive upon our arrival. Having arrived on the 31st December we were treated to a new year gala dinner which was a 6 course dinner that I could not fault. It was a shame that the all inclusive bar finished at 11pm.

We had breakfast on a few occasions and I can see why people get fed up on what is on offer. But the snack & lunch menu is served from 10:30am so we skipped breakfast and ate from those menu's on most occasions.

The staff are pleasent in particular Nicoletta and the cleaning maid. The rooms are basic and at the time of staying the room heating wasnt working to full affect. Extra pillows are a must.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and the negative comments posted about this hotel are nothing to be afraid of.

We'd booked this before I checked the review sites and right up until going, I was beginning to think I had made a big mistake. How wrong I was, maybe after reading the reviews, my expectations weren't that high but I am glad we did not cancel. Booked in this hotel all inclusive. Arrived at approx. 11.20pm, all inclusive stopped at 11pm however, reception arranged for us to have a drink. We had originally gone to Limassol to visit friends and were going out with them the next day so only had a light breakfast of cereal and fruit. Can't go much wrong with that. We did not eat in the hotel again that day. After that, if you liked a cooked breakfast (which I don't) then there wasn't much choice, mainly small sausages eggs and tomatoes and beans. On 2 occasions bacon was served. My husband got fed up with it. The toaster did not work all the time we were there. The staff, who were all really nice and pleasant were fed up with this and had put in complaints. Nothing was done. The orange juice, as previous reviews said was like water although compared to other countries abroad you could get a decent cup of tea. The lunchtime menu was served on the pool terrace and there was a wide variety to choose from. Apart from a couple of days, the dinner menu was service at the table which was a nice touch. I think this may have been because the hotel was so quiet that it saved waste. Although we had to laugh when they run out of potatoes one night and a guy was given sprouts in their place. The hotel in general could do with a bit of TLC but was clean and as I mentioned before, the staff were helpful and they could not do enough for you in particular Nicole and Dev. The hotel was clean enough, however, I agree with the road being used as a racetrack. In fact, my husband new which cars were racing and when he couldn't sleep used to watch them. One of the hotels across the road was being refurbished so from aprrox 7am all you could hear was a Kango from our room. The hotel itself was very quiet and there was no entertain except a guy who played an organ and sang twice a week. We put this down to the time of year, but we found this fine for us as we both lead very busy lives and it allowed us to chill out and spend some quality time together.

We stayed in this hotel in the last week of November. We were booked in for a week but only stayed three nights before we moved to a better hotel. It is described as a three star hotel that has recently been refurbished - we would say it is in need of a major makeover and would rate the hotel between 1 and 2 stars. When we arrived there was a large flying insect in the bathroom, the television was not working and the chair in the bedroom was broken. The hotel is situated close to a busy and very noisy highway. The only positives we found was the food.
