“Another great holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2012

We have just arrived home after another great holiday at this wonderful hotel.
The management and staff were brilliant as always, we have been going now for a number of years, and it just seems to improve each time. It was perfect on our first visit and we did not think it could get better but it does.
We are looking forward to our next holiday there in October with family and friends.
We would recommend the Four Seasons to all.

The Four Seasons continues to surprise us year after year. Just when we think there is nothing left to improve upon, they seem to find even more ways to delight. The ambiance is perfect - from its beautiful surroundings to the sumptuous interior, it is truly a privilege to spend time there. It is possible to enter the doors of this hotel and not leave for the full length of your stay be it one or two weeks. It has everything to offer - great bars by day and night and a variety of eateries offering light/casual dining alongside three restaurants that would rival many Michelin starred establishments. The rooms are spacious and well equipped albeit the WIFI is still chargeable - come on 4S, sort it out!!
Their secret weapon, however, is the staff. They cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable experience. It is one thing to remember a face or two but when we had dinner on our first evening after a 9 month gap, a young waiter remembered that there was a certain ingredient I did not like! Now that is a bit special - well done Wojtek (forgive the spelling)!!
Days spent by the pool attended by Dorina (Good Luck for October!) and her staff, (Anelia is one of the hardest workers ever). You are spoiled for choice where to have lunch - Pool Bar with Louis and Michalis or Beach Bar with George and Andros. A short stroll and you are in ice-cream heaven at Colours. Evenings equally pose a dilemma - where to have dinner, Mavromatis, Vivaldi, Seasons or Cafe Tropical - this is the hotel with everything to offer.
The Managers' Reception each Monday evening is more like a party with friends. Each manager is keen to listen and seek opinion on ways to improve. They are visible to guests and continue to preside over the smooth running whilst allowing the front line staff to pamper the guests. The Vista bar continues to be the favourite meeting place pre and post dinner with experienced bar staff able to concoct drinks to suit every palate - not forgetting the double act, namely Mamas and Panos - real characters! Keeping them in order is the fabulous Ludmilla who manages to keep a cool head during Happy Hour!
The entertainment is excellent and offers something for everyone, from Showtime and fireworks each Tuesday, to a variety of acts each night.
The Four Seasons continues to set an aspirational standard for other hotels to attain.
All in all, another fabulous holiday, cannot wait for our next visit.

We stayed for a week with for 4 children and my parents. The service can match anything in the world, I am comparing it to the George V Paris and Sandy Lane, Barbados when I say this! The standard of cleanliness was fantastic. The food was wonderful, the buffet's in the tropical cafe cater for absolutely everyone. Would definitely go back.

I can't write enough about this hotel . They say they're the best Cyprus . I totally agree. The valet parking, the bellman service, the reception team. The rooms the landscape. It's location. This hotel is a true 5 star.

After an absence of 2 Sundays, we went along to the Sunday lunch buffet in Cafe Tropical yesterday for the "Marco Polo Lunch" To our surprise, they have improved the buffet (if that was at all possible!) and it now includes a Sushi Bar and amongst many other dishes a variety of cheeses on the salad bar. The sushi selection warranted a second helping, it was so delicious. My main course was pan-fried salmon in lemon potatoes, mmmmmmmmmm! My husband chose the chinese, and said the duck was scrumptious. We even found room for a dessert and waddled home fat, happy and more than satisfied - highly recommended.

We have recently returned from our one week early June visit. We felt like we were returning home as were were made SO welcome back by all the staff we had seen before. Most staff seem to stay for many years, which is lovely continuity and really makes a difference to how we feel about returning.

We eat dinner only at Mavrommatis, Vivaldi and Seasons, where the food is without fail amazing. It really is mostly like going out for Michelin * food every night. Photos included in my review.

I wrote a detailed review in Sep 2010, so will write only about the differences.

Improvements:
- A small bottle of water per person is now provided in the room each day free of charge, which is appreciated.
- The adult pool menu has been updated to include a number of salads. This is a change I was really pleased to see, as the previous menu was too carb-heavy for a hot location.

One thing I forgot to mention in previous reviews - there is a UK plug socket by the desk in the room, which is by the mirror. So no need for a converter for hairdryer/straightners/charger/etc.

One disappointment - Free WiFi is still not available throughout the hotel - only in the lobby area (in-room is chargeable at 50 EUR per week which is far too much to pay).

I cannot rate this hotel high enough. When researching hotels in Cyrpus the Four Seasons came up very positive so our expectations were somewhat high and hoped it was as the reviews suggest. It was...the breakfast, the service, staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, poolside (Thanks Patrick!). The restaurants were wonderful. We went to the chinese, greek and italian and we asked each other our favourite at the end of the week and couldn't say. All great! The credit goes to all the staff but also the management of the hotel. Everything was done well, discreet and nothing was a trouble. Go and enjoy the relaxation (and food!)
