A low-budget hotel that hasn't renovated since it was built on around 1980's.
It's external areas (pool, pool bar, etc.) is a pleasant surprise as it all has been recently renovated and you will enjoy to spend some time at the pool.
The nearby beaches are not so good, so you will need a car to visit Ayia Napa beaches or McKenzie beach.
In conclusion, for the 40 euros we paid for a double room without breakfast I believe it worthed its money.
Have in mind that A/C and breakfast are extra charged.

I stayed here with a friend for 2 weeks in September 2012. We were very satisfied and found the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. This charming family-run hotel is in a lovely quiet setting off the coast road near Larnaca; and all the staff were always very wecoming and friendly. Our (superior) sea-view apartment was new, clean and very well equipped for our self-catering purposes; and with 2 flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi!! Lovely pool and outdoor area to relax in if you don't want to venture far. In my opinion all other hotel facilities were of a high standard too. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. And Cyprus is a very beautiful island too!

Already the first impression was great. Girl at the reception welcomed us and gave us a room. As hotel is being renovated, we asked to upgrade the normal room (which we booked) to superior one, and the owner did that with no problem at all, which was fabolous. Great view, super comfortable and very roamy. Also unbelievable clean, every day cleaning ladies came and cleaned the room. Pool is great, clean, with a bar just next to it, where you can get drinks 24h per day and have a nice chat with a barman. Would definetly recommend to anyone!!!

This has a lovely poor area for swimming and sunbathing, the owners have clearly spent money here. BUT the apartments are old and tired - mattress squeaked every time I moved, sheets had holes in them, towels were stained and bathrooms were very old and tired and hard to clean because of this - it wouldn't take much to bring them up to scratch. If you don't care too much and don't spend too much time in your room they're fine, and I gather rooms on the upper floors (we were on the ground floor) may be a bit better.

Staff are really helpful and friendly, and simple dinners are fine - breakfast is overpriced and wasn't very good, the fruit smoothies they serve are a better bet and cheaper!

Lucky Hotels Apts is a short walk to the beach, but a fair distance from central Larnaca (not walkable) so you need to catch a bus (not very frequent) or a taxi (about 10-12 euros)
