We have a holiday home in Cyprus but it was being used by friends and we needed to be in Larnaca town for a few days. We had often thought it would be nice to stay in this hotel with all amenities close by and we weren't disappointed.

The hotel is ideally situated near the beach & the town centre with the stunning backdrop of St Lazarus church. It has adequate parking either in front of the hotel or in a dedicated area of a car park close by. The rooms were clean, comfortable & well equipped. I had requested a room at the back & it was very quiet. Larnaca is a busy town - if you stay in a town you have to expect some noise otherwise stay in a more remote beach area! My only small criticism of the room is that there were no sheer curtains so that to ensure privacy, the curtains had to be drawn & lights on. (There are apartments opposite so you can't dress with the curtains open). This is a pity as it wastes energy. The maids did an excellent job and everything was kept well stocked.

Breakfast was more than adequate and stocks regularly replenished. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but we had a snack in the bar and it was fine.

The reception staff were helpful and professional.

All in all we had a good stay and we were able to maximise the short time we had in Larnaca by being so central.

Should we need to stay in town again we won't hesitate to return to the Livadhiotis City Hotel.

It happened to stay at this hotel when i missed a stop-over flight in Larnaca. Hotel was reccomended by the taxi driver, and i was really glad to see the 4,5 stars of tripadvisor at the reception.
The first impression was really great, with renovated reception area, nice building, located in teh center of the town.
The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, but still there are flaws of the past.
The rooms although are not small, are cluttered with beds (were 3 in my room), which eliminates the remaining space.
Bathrooms are also small.
The beds were single ones, really small, while the decoration belongs to the past decade... at least!!
On the plus side, rooms were very clean, location was great, and breakfsat in good standards.
Staff was polite and service very good.

I think this hotel was very good choice. First: the food: :)) hearty and delicous dinner. The bar staff are very friendly and with perfect service.The rooms: we're 2 room, because we changed. The second room's panorama perfect, but the bathroom less for 2 person. This was the only thing that was disturb us, but everything was perfect

This hotel is small, only 30 rooms or so. It is clean and nicely decorated and had helpful and friendly staff in the lobby. It is well situated close to the Larnaca beach and the shopping area. Rooms were clean and quiet. The shower was great :) I would stay there again.
