Three of us booked this hotel for two nights. As we were arriving at the airport in the middle of the night I rang the owner from Australia and he agreed that he would leave a key in the door of the room he had allocated for us and told us to walk into the hotel through the taverna.

When we arrived there were no lights on at all. It was very hard to find the entrance and even a bit dangerous. The light in the lift doesn't go on until you enter the lift. The small apartment was okay but the sheets and towels very smelly. The bathroom door would not close.

The main problem occurred when I went to pay. I found that he had charged my credit card, without my authorization, for three nights but we had only stayed for two. Of course we were willing to pay for the whole day even though we arrived in the middle of the night, but he decided to charge us for an additional night as well. The owner Tony became very abusive and yelled at us. It was very, very unpleasant.

The whole reception area of the hotel was very unprofessional. We were never properly registered, we were never told how the hotel procedures worked, and I was given no receipt or credit card documentation and then overcharged at a rate higher than originally quoted.

Staying at Antonis G was a great disappointment and a terrible way to
start our stay in Cyprus.

Just returned home from a stay in Antonis G and it suited us down to the ground. We've bought an apartment in Oroklini which was recently finished and we needed somewhere to stay locally while we organised the furniture etc.
Antonis and his son George couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Oroklini is growing but still retains its Cypriot character and the hotel is right in the middle of it - tavernas and restaurants within easy walking distance and all open despite it being early season.
The beach is a 5 minute drive and Larnaca about 10 - 15 minutes
away.
All in all excellent value for money.

The hotel is situated in a lovely village 15 minutes from Larnaca airport.Overall i had a good time, and probably i will go again. Quiet and peaceful during the spring time.
