“Excellent!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2014

We stayed here twice while on Cyprus. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport so we stayed there upon arrival and on our last night on the island. The first three nights we had a room overlooking the square. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the weddings taking place at the church. The room was clean and very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room had a nice shower. The night before our very early morning flight home, we stayed in one of the rooms that faces the interior and not the square. It seemed larger and maybe even a bit nicer than the room facing the square. We would stay in either room again.

The staff and owner were exceptional! They always provided good advise on where to eat and what to see. They always greeted us with lovely smiles and were very helpful in making dinner reservations and food suggestions. Once we went to a restaurant with a card from the owner listing exactly what he suggested we order. We just gave the card to the restaurant owner and enjoyed a wonderful meal.

The complimentary coffee, juice, water, fruit and cake was a nice touch. The apple cake is delicious!

It is a two-minute walk to the waterfront and town beaches. There is free parking next to the hotel and it is a direct shot from the hotel out to the main road with access to the airport or anywhere else on the island.

We look forward to staying with them again in December.

Nice hotel and well situated, few min walk form seafront. Fantastic view from our balcony of St Lazarus church. One big issue we had was a security/theft problem from our room. Brought to managements attention but was not really taken seriously, this spoilt the end of our stay at the hotel. Note to self..Keep an eye on your personal items at all times...

Room Tip: Try get the rooms with the balcony views...

Dear Guests, we like to thank you for using our Hotel for your stay , and also for your comment at the trip advisor. With reference to the comment about loosing some monies from your purse, this was indeed taken very serious and our Manager came to the Hotel personally and spoke with you. As this incident was not 100% confirm that happened in our Hotel, he suggested to call the Police for investigation, something which you did not accept. In addition, our staff is very well selected, and until now it was the 1st time to face a situation like this. Wishing you all the very best and happy holidays... and as you said : keep an eye on your personal items at all times:)

Stayed for one night during connection, very good service, room was very good size with everything you need e.g free wifi, tv, air conditioning etc and balcony over looking lazarus square. Only a minute walk down to the beach and restaurants. Everything was very clean and tidy and nothing at all to complain about. Very close to the airport. Would stay again.

Stayed here for one night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception area has decent wifi, air-con and coffee, cakes, biscuits, fruit and water freely available 24 hours a day. There is no breakfast but there are plenty of little places nearby to get breakfast.

The rooms are clean and well decked out, again decent aircon, TV, ensuite. Balconies are small but functional but a bit of a lottery, if lucky you will overlook St Lazarus Square and this is a great place to chill and people watch. I booked a room facing the Square but on arrival was not given it but in the whole scheme of things we sat at a taverna/cafe opposite and enjoyed ourselves.

It has a limited number of parking spaces so try and request one and it's not the easiest place to drive to but with a little pre-planning it's not so difficult.

This hotel is in a great location. Step out of the hotel and you're St Lazarus square, take a right and straight on is the beach about 50 metres away, turn left before this and you have all the little side streets with local taverna's and little shops.

Room Tip: Room facing Lazarus Square for the view but expect some noise from the Taverna's - your choice...

Spent one night at beginning and end of travel in Israel and Jordan. This is a gem of a hotel, rooms are small but bright and airy with a small balcony. Well located beside Lazarus square, few minutes walk to beach. Only regret was not staying longer

This place is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable.

I loved the ambiance. The decorations are beachy and colorful without being overdone. My balcony overlooked the church and provided great views and people watching at all hours.

Air-conditioning and wifi work well, coffee and fruit is much appreciated, and location is perfect - off the main touristy beach strip with chains but close to a labyrinth of lively cafés. As a solo traveler, I spent little time alone because I met many friendly Cypriots every where I went.
