Visited once in April and second time in July 2012 and found Alexander to be a great choice among the wide variety of restaurants in the Larnaca marina area. Traditional well tasted Cyprus food mixed with crispy pizza and such for the youngsters. All served with a smile in a pleasant atmosphere. Prices were average and quality of food was excellent meaning not a top class experience but well over was is expected for a place with this kind of location. Saw quite a lot of locals visiting the restaurant, if that means something.

Been to Cyprus many times over the past 30 years and can honestly say that the kebab I had at this taverna rates amongst the best I have had. I also found they served authentic Cypriot Lemon and Egg soup that was excellent as was the Tahini dip. I can't recommend this place enough. Give it a try you won't be disappointed. Say hello to the owners who's always busily serving or greeting customers at the entrance.

Wide Cypriot cuisine all day representing good value. Also has more international choices including Full English breakfast. Usually busy at nights, especially weekends.

The food here was cheap and of a very ordinary quality. Adequate but not worth visiting more than once. Grrek food was edible and filled us up but not of a vey high standard
