Returned to the fort for the second visit in 18 months with my wife, having visited it before with my daughter. Whilst not unenjoyable it was not particulalry captivating a second time but it did occupy a not unpleasant half hour when the sun was clouded out & was a mere 1.70Euro to get in.
Loved the more or less total access to all parts of the fort. Reasonable entry fees would have liked a bit more signage to explain some of the rooms but a site well worth a look.
its a step in the past looking at the history of the island and the same time you are in the hart of the city Very tightly clean and the guards are helpful to assist you
Located by the seafront, well preserved, but all in all we've seen better. For instance the fort in Limassol ! Nice views over the sea.
