On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a rather wondrful receptionist who asked us what type of room we would like, we were 2 males in cyprus for a friends daughters engagement so we just said any 2 rooms will do. Sh spoiled us by giving us 2 lovely adjoining rooms with a pool view and we could chat over the balcony. Food was excellent as was thier recommendations for a "good night out for the boys".

This hotel has a nice, clean reception area but thats where it ends! The breakfast area is really dirty, although the breakfast itself was ok (eggs scrambled & hard bolied, sausages, processed ham, cheese slices, few fruits only, usually orabges or pink gratefruit, poor quality cereal) . As i said the seating area for breakfast was grubby, and for me, a mum of a toddler, quite inadequate asnd it made the breakfast time stressful as i didnt know which dirty area she had har hands. Not good. The pool was OK & clean. The 12 year old children in our party loved the pool. The staff were generally unhelpful. I woman said i had to pay 25 euros x 2 (as we had 2 rooms) to keep our rooms from 12 noon checkout time until 6pm, departure time! I complained obviously and got one room for free for showers etc. The only way to get service of any description at this hotel is complain. Don't stay here! Also its a fair distance from both Larnaca & Aiya Napa which means buses or taxi. Stay closer to the resorts i strongly suggest.

We would like to drop our quick feedback about the Henipa where we had an enjoyable stay in October. We first picked the hotel for its location and then, when looking around about some feedback we came across some negative reviews which made our heart sink, but it was too late to drop out…. So went there in two minds. But now we are happy to say that we’ve had a very nice surprise and not one moment have we regretted our choice. We were particularly pleased by the staff friendliness and professionalism, the design and cleanliness of the public areas, especially the pools – one of them with jacuzzi and small tale-like waterfalls and bridges – with warm and crystal-clear water!! not least by the hotel consideration for disabled people eg. room distribution, and, overall, by the value for money which this 3* hotel provides.

I stayed in one of the bungalows overlooking the pool. It was big, cleaned daily and had a large balcony. The bed throws were old and frayed but apart from that it was a nice basic room. The pool is not heated but not a problem. There are 2 big pool and 2 kids pools. There is no indoor pool like the website implies. The lights in the gym don't work and I don't believe it is ever used. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was very basic. There is entertainment on at night - karaoke, singers etc - in the bar but at €4 a pint we only went once. I would suggest getting a car if you stay here as its at least a 10 min drive to larnaca centre.
