We visited some Friends and the last two nights, we wentinto this easyhotel in Larnaca. Yes, we have to say, that it is very basic outfitted, but it was fully sufficient for us. There have been a lot of good Restaurants nearby the Hotel and also it was not so far until the Beach.
Room was clean and simple outfitted. Room was calm.

For the cheapest price for a basic room you get a hot and powerful shower, as well as a/c (or hearing), and clean towels & bedding. If you stay more than one night you have to pay extra for cleaning, fresh linen and towels, etc., and the TV and Wi-Fi will cost extra no matter how long you stay. Basically, basic but acceptable and worth the money. The paintwork and furniture is in need of some freshening-up, and a kettle in the room would be handy...

Shocked to read some of the reviews here. I booked this hotel through Easyhotel.com and was fully aware of what I was getting. (Extra charge for TV, etc).
So when I arrived at this hotel, I had no problems, no complaints whatsoever.

Clean, bright room, and bed, and a clean bathroom is what I wanted, and that is exactly what I got.
It is close to the Larnaca promenade and had no trouble sleeping.
Did not watch TV (I never do on holidays) so I did not pay for any extra fees.
For €20 a night you really can't complain.

I am sure that in its heyday this hotel was as great as the other easyHotels in Budapest or Edinburgh, but it surely didn't seem well-kept to me (dirty walls, noisy rooms, dirty hall carpets). However, I would recommend it for short stays in Larnaca due to its low rate/night and to its excellent location!
