Although at first we thought "finally a close enough place we can plan weekend escapes" the do not judge a book by it's cover, phrase "came to life". At first we tried to go to the hammam only to be informed that it does not work. Then we decided to go to the hydromassage pool, which thankfully worked but when inside and trying to relax we found ourselves discussing the fact that there was no lighting besides the door, mold was in every corner, as well as where the lights should be and some cabling (hopefully not electrical but for the speakers) was hanging from some places. Later we decided to swim at the pool. when there we found out that some sort of insects where swimming everywhere. Because we didn't know what that was and we had our 6months sons with us we packed up and went to our room only to find the housekeeping washing the two coffee cups the hotel was providing, in the bathroom sink. When we asked her if they had other cups she politely replied that that was hotel policy and she didn't have other cups to give us. Unfortunately we prepaid the entire stay and couldn't leave without loosing our money. I feel bad for all the staff at the bars and restaurant of the hotel, as they are really helpful and willing to accommodate any request but the management obviously gave up on the place some time ago. It's our first time feeling this disappointed about a hotel we visit.
