The pool was fantastic and there were Great landscapes and really beautiful places,the pool side was cool and so was the pool bar...the seaside also was good,adorned with umbrellas and a really romantic seafood restaurant name Tenka! Unfortunately the services weren't good at all.we arrived there at 7:00 am and there were no bellboy to carry our luggage to rooms,..rooms were spaceful and good. But there were no slippers and teethbrush in the rooms unless you ordered a pair! Staff were kind but hardly speaking English and that was a problem! Some renewal also required ...
It was a good place for vacation at all!

we stayed 6 nights in jasmine hotel.hotel was not that i think.we were 1 couple. we got the ALL EXCLUSIVE. but we couldnot drink anywhere we needed. we just drank beer and local drink at the lobby.room service had problems. there wasnot slippers and blade.totally it was good , because of having a good vacation...

Hotel was dirty, old and needs renovation asap. Casino is big but service is terrible. After our first night i would want to change my hotel but it was a prepaid vacation. Therefore we spent minimum time at the hotel and casino. Also they need a new crew to get back their customers. I would never go there again unless i stay there for free :)

we visited the hotel totally 14 persons. 5 of them being children staying as full board. we checked-in around 15:00 pm due to late arrival of the ferryboat. Children were hungry and the lunch were finished. we requested them to provide children some appetizers until dinner time but nobody helped us. there were two pools, one for swimming. both pools were really dirty.
