I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions since it opened and have had only positive experiences each time. The staff are very friendly and helpful and although there is no concierge service, they are very willing to book restaurants and taxis for guests. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. At weekends the rooms at the front can suffer from the noise coming from the bar across the street, but during the week this is not an issue. The breakfast is a real plus point and sets you up nicely for either a day of meetings or of sightseeing. Definitely worth a visit.

I found this hotel online, but it had not yet been rated on Trip Advisor or reviewed by Fodors or Frommers. I was a bit aprehensive, but had a good feeling about it.
Boy, was I right! This boutique hotel is fantastic! In a 250 year old building that has been beautifully restored and stylishly decorated. And the staff was fabulous! They are really helpful and considerate.
All the rooms are spacious 2-room suites. We stayed in room 21, which had a lovely view of the Palace but, because it was on a corner, was a little noisy with people walking home from bars late at night. My parents stayed in room 30 which was even larger, with not much of a view, but quiet and cozy.
Kids under 12 stay free (and we've got 4-- so that saved us a lot of Euros), and they serve wine and small appetisers in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning, all gratis.
We visited Luxembourg (an amazingly beautiful, tiny city-- well worth a visit!) between Christmas and New Year, so the rates were quite low-- we paid Euro 139 per night, per room. But the hotel would still be worth it at full-rate prices.
