WE spend Valentine's Eve there, as we heard about their first Michelin star.
Location was great, its a new busy quarter, with bars, clubs etc. on an old industrial site.
You may go to the bar first, which is on top floor (last cigarette ;-)), then you walk down, through the show kitchen - really something to impress when you are out with your valentines date ;-))
the menu is always set, was 69€, which is a real bargain in lux - you may only choose main course out of 3 or so. - So at least, you should not be too shy there, but its really worth it - my date was a bit afraid, as she usually do not like fish - but she loved everything.
Restaurant itself is a huge room with high ceilings, and decoration is very opulent, like in a big chateaux - but the show kitchen is open to the room - not about smell, as its so big, you did not smell anything, but you could always see them preparing your food - which is great in my eyes.... but check their website for pics
Some 3-4 starters, main course, everything really excellent -
But we were really overwhelmed by the dessert – a great arrangement from the kitchen, and a big dessert tray to choose from – my date was really deeply impressed
As the kitchen can concentrate on only 3-4- dishes, the quality is of course better, as if they would have to do 30 different ones…
Maybe that’s why he only have 1 star, the food was worth more..
You may then take the coffee on the upper bar again, passing through the kitchen – were you may then also smoke..
Drinks were a bit pricy (Champagne ~ 20 per glass,..) , we ended up with twice the food price, but overall it was a great evening, they also need to make a bit of money, and the interior is really nice – and was really expensive…
If you are a bit open minded to food – go for it…
