Located in the center of Valetta (close to city gate). This small restaurant is always full and it's not surprising. The clients are regulars and also tourists.
The owner and the waiters are very warm (specially the Basque, who is very funny).
The cooking is Maltese and Mediterranean (very good pastas). The portions are copious... There is a large range of wine and ask the waiter for his advice (the st Emilion, grand cru 2009 was excellent !)
Try also the bar (in a cellar) in front of the restaurant !), where you can have platters and diner
