Whislt staying at The Phoenicia hotel, we had a fantastic meal at the brasserie, it is also open to non-guests. The food was magnificent, there was fish of the day on display outside for you to select and all was cooked to perfection (the chef comes round personally to check which says a lot of his confidence). The staff are all very professional, the head waiter in particular exudes the air of a man who takes pride in his job and knows exactly what he is doing. Well worth the money and a great experience all in all.
