The waitress service was one of the best and very jolly, but the chef must have had a day off. A classic but basic angus ribeye was overly fatty, served rare not medium and with a mushroom sauce not peppercorn as I ordered. My wife' red snapper fillet, was riddled with bones and slightly under cooked. Although the tastes were good, at the end I avoided the desert! We had high hopes but were disappointed, except for the waitress!

Dear Sir First & Foremost we would like to thank you anyway for choosing papannis and glad you enjoyed the service from out waitress some points regards black Angus as basic and over fatty i think every (good) black Angus has some fatty other wise if its clean strait cut means its not fresh at all regards bones in the snapper its a fish and its normal to find some bones as we fillet it off the bones but some always remain for the cooking part we would have cooked it slightly more to Ur preference as the same for the ribeye it can happen at times swell so i don't find it a reason to be disappointed we always ask our patrons if the food is fine if the waitress miss out asking you that's our bad if you opted to say its fine then not much we could have done.
