I have been visiting Malta for the last thirteen years and have never experienced service like this.. ordered linguine and got spaghetti. I had ordered bread, which failed to appear and the pasta was inedible. Requested the bill which took ten minutes to come, with apologies and the offer of a discount. I paid the full amount and asked to speak to the manager. Just as I thought my night could not get any worse, I spoke to Nicky Pace. His attitude was the only thing that was worse than the food. His behaviour and response was dismissive and rude. I would hope that the monies used from my visit, might go towards Mr Pace attending a period at a charm school. I felt sorry for the staff as it would appear that it is commonplace for them to afford apologies on a regular basis.
