Just stayed 2 nights at Hostel B47. The location is fantastic - few minutes walk to the main shopping street, bars & restaurants. And hostel is nice and quiet.
We stayed in a twin room. Beds were comfy with great bedding. Black out blinds were a welcome sight - guess if you came in winter you wouldn't mind but in summer we needed it! The entire building was very clean.
Great looking kitchen, nice lounge area with TV. I got an e-mail with the pin codes which worked perfectly. Keyless accommodation is great!
Great price for Iceland.
My only negative is that there are only 2 showers. We thankfully didn't have any problems as the hostel seemed quiet but I wonder if it was full if there would be enough bathrooms/showers.
But I would recommend and stay here again.
