Location is great, half a block to the central shopping areas, but staff on arrival and during stay were unfriendly. We felt like the riff-raff, but on a positive note, the room was nice (junior suite), spacious and had a nice view. The bar downstairs is very noisy on Saturday night, though with our jetlag it didn't bother us - we slept through that and some traffic noise. The wind in the city howls all night, and one window as a bit whistly, but the breakfast was decent, though not included in our rate of course. Wifi is included, though you will find excellent cell coverage throughout all of Iceland so don't fret about making every plan in advance of going out and about.
