“The Dubliner is a perfect local in Iceland.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2012

The bar staff are friendly and informative.
I asked about wifi and I was told there was a problem with it but the bar man let me use his laptop.
The price of a pint is 900 that's about £4.50.
There was no food available when we were there but I know they serve food at lunch time.

“Friendly boozer with lots of activity before "the" nightlife”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2012

We've been to "The Dubliner" in Reykjavik several times in summer 2009 and in winter 2011/12. We found the pub a good place to go before Reykjaviks "legenday nightlife" begins; which is after 1am or even later. At first we doubted that there even was such a thing as a nightlife - I had the suspicion it was all invented buy the Icelandic tourist board.

So if you want a drink before 1am or 2am in a friendly place with a happy atmosphere, try "The Dubliner". We always quickly got into a friendly chat with people - admittedly all of them tourists from all over the world.
