After a long wait in queueing up to place our order, I was more than annoyed to find that it took more than an hour for the drinks to arrive after inquiring several times. The food actually came before the drinks, which was unacceptable. Furthermore the food was priced extortionately which meant that we later could not afford to actually visit the attraction. After paying high prices I was expecting a high standard meal but was disappointed to find that the meal was poor quality and not filling in the slightest. On the other hand the cafe was very well decorated and the free facilities were helpful in trying to succome our boredom but I think the main issue was the inadequate staffing of just one person to attend approximately 30 customers in the cafe and also run the film. It was also interesting to see the waitress 'arguing' with other angry customers, who eventually left without their drinks and asked for refund. To anybody who is thinking of visiting the attraction I would advise you to think again.

Dear guest, we thank you for taking your time to post a review about us. We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience here, the holidays can be very unforseeing here in relation to how many guests we have. We were clearly not well staffed for this one day and we will be sure not to make that same mistake again. We try to indulge each and every customer with a short walk around the geology museum before the cinema, a help with aurora huntings or to show them the activity happening each day as well as a welcoming chat. As far as the pricing on our menu, we try to keep the price within range and serve everything fresh and newly made. We do hope you return again so we can make this up to you.
