We ate here because it was near our hotel (the Fosshotel Baron), but it turned out to be a really outstanding meal. It's fun to see another culture's take on fast food, but it's especially good when it far surpasses what you can get at home.
I had a bacon cheeseburger, and my companion had a barbecue burger. These were honestly among the best burgers we've ever had. The sandwiches were big, and the meat was flavorful and grilled to perfection. The fries were also delicious, with a hint of paprika that is common in Iceland. Prices are good for Iceland, but expensive compared to other countries--1000 to 1300 ISK ($8.50 - $11) for value meals. The service was good, though this was one of the few places in Iceland where the service people didn't speak fluent English.
