I stayed here for a week and was very happy with the accommodation on arrival. Throughout the booking process the owners were so helpful and understanding and made my travel organising stress free. The accommodation is on the groundfloor underneath the owners house, and we had a twin room with good space and a wardrobe. There was also a bright window but with no view. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with two other rooms, but it was rare when we had to wait to use one of them. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything that you need and there is a store and fresh bakery nearby. Parking was good, and location wise is situated near, but not on, the main route out of Reykjavik making it an ideal base to explore the country, or the town which is also easy to get to. Overall a very enjoyable self catering holiday and well priced!
