I finally managed to go to this place with a group of friends this weekend. People whom I trust have raved about this place, and since I love Italian cuisine in its many forms, I was intrigued. There are too few good Italian places in Finland.
This time we did not eat a long dinner, so I am rating the place based on one dish, but that was exceptional. I had filetti di orata in cartoccio or gilt-headed seabream baked in a pouch with vegetables, seafood and salmoriglio sauce. I highly recommend that you try this. My friend had a daily special of chicken, and he commented that not only was it good, the dish had a lot of thought put into it.
The place felt and smelled like a restaurant in Rome. Were this restaurant there, it would definitely be also on my top list. I can only imagine what they could do with the catch of the day.
