My wife, 7-month old son and I stayed one night at the Hotel Torni in between stops in Stockholm and Tallinn, Estonia while on holiday. The room was large (by European standards) and very well equipped with a large queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, fridge with mini-bar, etc. Getting a baby bed was not a problem and the one provided was fairly new so there were no safety issues as we have had with other hotels in the past.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They even made a good resturant recommendation and called ahead for a reservation. Breakfast was good and there was an abundant amount of food available. The hotel itself is fairly centrally located and close to the harbor, summer open-air market, and all the sites.
The only complaint we had was the same as one of the previous posters. The lifts are small and very slow, so if the hotel is crowded you may have to wait in line for a lift.
