The Glo Art hotel is about a ten minute walk from Helsinki central train station. It is a short enough walk if you know where your going but tram 6 or a taxi will take you there if you dont. The hotel is an old castle so as you can imagine it is a beautiful building. We stayed in the economy room which was quite small , the shower is small along with the wardrobes but if you are only staying for a few days its fine. Having said this the rooms are beautiful all decor has had great thought put into it. They rest of the hotel is also spotlessly clean. A trip to the restaurant is also a must. It is located underneath the hotel which was probably an old cellar. It definetly adds a lot of character to the evening. The staff couldnt have been nicer and were willing to help you wiyh any problems that you might have. Also i must say that i have never had a nights sleep in any other hotel like i did this in this one. There wasnt a noise in the hotel at night time. All of the shopping centres restaurants and bars are just a 5 minute walk away from tne hotel so it is in a great location.
