The location is the main plus point - really worth going for the views over the water. The hotel seems to try to make the most of its slightly out of town situation with facilities such as tennis courts, so it has a slight feel of a resort. I regretted not packing my gym kit. One of my colleagues went for a run through a park and over bridges, which he really enjoyed and made the rest of us jealous. However, it is still more or less a business hotel.
My room (877 I think) was nothing special, quite small, which was OK for one night. If I were staying longer, I would have wanted a slightly larger room, especially if I had needed to work for a few hours, as is often the case. I agree with another reviewer that the receptionists should hand over internet codes automatically with the room key, especially when they know you are there on business. The breakfast room seemed quite crowded so I would suggest going early or late. The breakfast food was just the usual - not bad. The conference facilities and catering are in a separate building and are quite good.
