Citykoti owns 60 - 70 apartments in Helsinki. Ours was in the same street as their office. It was good value in an expensive city . The location is the big plus. It's an easy walk to Kamppi shopping centre and bus station. You can also walk along the underpass for bicycles and pedestrians to Helsinki Music Centre, Kiasma Art Gallery and from there to the station or you can also catch a T3 tram to the railway station . There are two supermarkets close by, open until 23.00 and there are kebab restaurants.
Our apartment was comfortable. The bed was actually a sofa bed, but the mattress was good. There was plenty of equipment, including a washing machine. There was a lift to our apartment on the second floor. The view of a car park was dreary, but that wasn't important. Be aware that there is a long list of rules, designed to stop pilfering, we assume. The stove in our apartment blew a fuse and it was promptly fixed. The wi fi was reliable.
Our flight arrived after office hours and had to collect the keys at the airport. Read the instructions carefully about how to get in!
