Stayed here for 7 days... Ultimate experience...Nice breakfast, Evening Cake/Coffe and surprising Dinner free...The chef was kind enough to make us a veg. dish everyday for the dinner and it was so kind and nice of them..
Room was so spacious and nice view of the Central station...Very near to Central station and close to Nordstan shopping...

Stayed here on a recent business trip to Gothenburg. The hotel has a bit of an odd ambience - it strikes me as more of an upper class motel than a true hotel, but is a fair offering in general. My colleague and I were asked to share a room due to overbooking when we arrived (we politiely refused and the request was tactfully dropped), so expectations started off low, but it soon became apparent that the staff were really friendly and willing to help out - definitely a strong point of the hotel.

The atrium where the lobby sits gives a bit of a tired 90s feeling, but is nicely appointed with places to sit and relax, have a drink or eat. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, and take the form of a full buffet - personally I'm not really a fan of these arrangements, but I'll admit that for a large segment of travellers this is great value for money, especially in pricey Sweden.

The room was nothing special, but comfortable enough, although I struggled to get a good night's sleep with the pillows on the bed. Decor was simple - nothing in particular to write home about, positive or negative.

The hotel is centrally located in Gothenburg, and this is another highly recommendable aspect - walking distance to shops, offices, restaurants and bars (even in the snowstorm we got caught in!). A taxi to/from the airport should be a fixed fare (displayed on the meter) of SEK 405, so not too bad there either.

Overall, this is a pretty decent place to base yourself if you're in town for a few days to explore and see the sights, or need easy access to the CBD for business. I'm giving it a 3/5 rating, but it is good value for money and a great location, so it should really be 3.5 stars in my opinion. Recommended.

This hotel is somewhat different than others. When you arrive, it's a little difficult to find the entrance, since the entrance is shared with other businesses. The lobby is on the second floor, but when you find it it's very nice. Very good breakfast, and a dinner buffet in the evening is included in the price. Rooms are spacious for Scandinavian standards, the one we got had a kitchenette included. Good service. Garage is available, but quite expensive. Location is ok, right next to the railway station, but not the nicest area.

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and they also serve afternoon buffet, didn't try it though. Spacious rooms and a very good location, 5-10min walk from Nordstan and Central Station. Recommended! :)

Evening buffet included in the price. Had some thai chicken in coconut milk. Breakfast buffet with huge variety. Huge plus for much gluten free to choose from to my daughter.

Walking distance to most interesting places in city.

To close the railway, if you are sensitive to train traffic.

My wife, baby and I stayed here three nights; we were pretty impressed. We had a twin room with a kitchenette (see pics). It was large and spacious, with windows all along one side. Best of all, the room price (1270 SEK = 125GBP) included breakfast and dinner (convenient when you have a baby) Both were good. Dinner was a buffet, with one main course option, plus a salad bar, cheeses and bread. Vegetarians note: no main course vedgy option. Wifi was good and free. Staff were friendly. Notes: parking was 200sek/20gbp, though cheaper street parking is available. A deposit is required to get all kitchen utensils, pots pans etc; by default you get just kettle, cups and tea/coffee etc.

The room was large and stylish and included a kitchen. It easily matched the best we had encountered in OZ and NZ. The hotel provides buffet supper (very comprehensive) and a wonderful organic breakfast with everything you might possibly want as well as free tea and coffee all the time, and cakes and fruit mid-afternoon. the quality of cuisine was wonderful.

Couldn't fault it. all hotels in Scandinavia are expensive, but with the extras, this was a good deal at £144 a night for a double.

About 5 minutes walk from Central Station (so fast connection to airports).
