Wanted upscale Swedish food had a nice fish dish and a great chestnut soup. Nothing wrong with the food, worth what we paid for it. However it took about 30 min until we had something edible on the table, bread. It took 55 min to get our starters and then after finishing the starters only 5 min to get the main, not good.
The amuse bouche we got was served as being a poached quail egg, when it clearly was not a poached egg, but half a cooked egg!
We had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times, and then it came 10 min after we asked for it, when we had almost finished our dish.
