Why is it so hard to get decent BBQ ribs - these were not only dry and over-cooked but the spice rub was too salty for me. Surely it can't be that hard to prepare the ribs to a stage where they can still be moist rather than the texture of almost jerky. The ribs came with a mediocre salsa rather than a nice BBQ sauce - potato wedges were nice, The entrecote steaks were better. Service variable - female one was friendlier.
