The staff who I spoke to and dealt with were arrogant and not bothered with what customers have to say about their experiences. They would offer you sparkling bottle of water for free but guests will have to pay if they wanted a still bottle of water. Yes we all know that tap water is safe to drink in Stockholm but what if the guests just would prefer bottled. Overall I must say overrated and would not recommend it unless you are a superstar and can splash money as you wish. Would not recommend.
