I stayed here 3nights in June.Good things were facilities were nicer as a reasonable price(room was clean and not so small ,had iron,hair drier,TV,and Shard Sauna&small swimming pool in the 2nd fl,free internet access in the lobby) .Breakfast was delicious in nice bacquet room.
But I got angry with front stuff members,they were not helpful.Since I stayed alone,and 1st time to Stockholm,I asked many things in the city and how to make international calls etc,they never smiled and reluctant to answer just simply.Only 1 free tourist guidebook they had, no concierge.
One more complaint was the location.Though it is in front of a railroad station,the station is somewhat difficult and cost me expensive to reach.No attraction was in walking distance,no restrants or grocery shops were around this hotel.

We found the service at this hotel outstanding, and the food in the restaurant delicious (the breakfast buffet is abundant). The entire staff speaks fluent English, as does just about everyone in Stockholm. The hotel is very close to a bus stop that connects with the subway system which is inexpensive and extremely efficient. Top marks!

While this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the high standard of the facilities makes it worth a look, especially since the prices are quite reasonable for Scandinavia. It is a very short taxi or bus ride to Old Town Stockholm so if you are willing to use public transportation, you will be rewarded with a clean, modern hotel that can please even picky American travelers. Rooms are large by European standards and have full bathrooms. The hotel offers free internet access in the lobby, a delicious full breakfast buffet with waffles/cereal/etc and a very pleasant staff will assist you as needed. The only real downside to this place is that you can not walk to anything from the hotel; however, this is a small inconvenience when you consider the value for money.
