“Great beer selection - mediocre and pricey food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

Great selection of beers, reminscent of a good English pub. Shame there wasn't a wider selection of Swedish beers and ales on tap though. The decor and atmosphere too certainly gives off that genuine pub feel (I was there on a Tuesday evening and it was fairly busy). I can't recommend the food though. I paid 189 kronor (around £18) for the kind of fish and chips you'd get for £2.50 at a seaside cafe, e.g. measly portion, McDonald's-style chips, and fish that said goodbye to the ocean some time ago. I would've expressed my disappointment with the food to the staff but they were a little absent (and never asked "How was the food?" when I paid up and left).

“Nice pub but a little pricy”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2012

A nice place for a beer and to meet up with friends. The food is good but may be a little pricy for what it is.

“Great spot for beer lovers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

Beer selection was great and it seems to be a local watering hole with a laid back atmosphere - didn't eat there. Drawback was they were showing football matches and only had one TV.

“Outstanding Pub!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2012

My wife and I stopped by the Queen’s Head for a quick pint (as it was very near our hotel) after a long day of sight-seeing and we could not have been more impressed. Unbelievably vast beer selection, as well as a few hard ciders that my wife enjoyed. We ended-up staying for dinner and were equally pleased with the food selection. The fish and chips were great… and even though it may be odd to comment on the condiments… the tartar sauce was the best we’ve ever tasted. We actually went back a few more times during our stay in Stockholm. We highly recommend it. Great beer, great food, great atmosphere.
