The Nobis is a very well located, comfortable and modern hotel. It is centrally placed, near excellent shops, cafés and restaurants and also a few minutes walk from the special food market Östermalms Saluhall and the beautiful old city (Gamla Stan).
The room was not large, despite being very functional. It was silent, but a friend of mine complained of noise coming from the square in front of the hotel. The blind curtains were not efficient to block the light that came from the outside, as soon as 3 a.m, in the summer. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. The breakfast buffet was varied and had Swedish specialties such as reindeer meat. The staff was attentive and helped me promptly when requested. It is a high quality hotel, but also very expensive, as nearly everything in Stockholm.
