4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012 via mobile

Great location At Kungsholmen. Near shopping and Metro stations. lovely surroundings for wakling/ joggning just at the seaside! Reasonable price for modern, clean but very small rooms.
Breakfast was ok.

My husband an I stated in the hotel. The room is tiny, the bathroom is large. The hotel is close enough to the metro, about 7 minutes walk. Breakfast included stuff for sandwiches, fruits, tea, biscuits, coffee. The lobby area is well designed, lots of tables with comfortable seats, computers,   dinning area. Personnel was very polite and helpful.

I have been in this hotel for 3 days for visiting Stockholm and it was a nice surprise. The hotel is less expensive than many other hotels in Stockholm but it offers good value for money. Rooms’ size is ok, beds are very comfortable, furniture is modern and the cleaning is very good. The surrounding area is quiet and there is a large screen TV into rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and really very nice. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast which is very good in terms of choice. The only downside of this hotel is that it is not near to the city center (20 minutes walking), but there is excellent bus service (and metro) a few minutes away from the hotel. Moreover, its 'green/sustainable hotel' claim was not very evident.

Just returned after a 4 night break including running the fantastic Stockholm half marathon. Super convenient for the city centre. Very friendly and efficient staff who go out of their way to help. Clean, quiet and well designed rooms with everything you need. Stockholm is a great city and for a short stay this hotel is exactly right.

I was on a tight budget, as Stockholm is a very expensive city, so went for the smallest room during a weekend break for the Stockholm Half Marathon. The room was tiny, and not cheap, but I think that is more a result of the city generally being very pricey, rather than the hotel charging unreasonable rates. I also found the hotel to be a bit noisy at night (I was on the first floor) but they do put signs up asking you to close doors quietly etc so I guess that is more the fault of inconsiderate guests, rather than the hotel itself.

The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful when I asked questions. The location is also very good, with just a five minute walk to the Metro and then three stops down the line until you are right in the centre. Ideal for getting around.

I would stay here again, but would get a bigger room if my budget would allow.

Room Tip: If you can afford to, go for a bigger room with a window.

Just returned from a 3 day break - as with other reviews, staff excellent, room clean, breakfast very good..ok not an English breakfast but no need. We had a twin room on 1st floor, looking out onto the main street BUT it was over the room by the reception. At 6.30 every morming I was awoken by the noise of trolleys, I think, being wheeled out to the main street 7 back. This seemed to happen every 15 mins until 8 !! Very annoying. Room 130! Go to a higher floor.

Room Tip: Not near 130 !!

We stayed in the "Connect Hotel City" for three nights and were very pleased with everything. The service was friendly and always available, the room was absolutely clean and stylish, (yes, it isn't big rooms, but everything necessary was in them. If you're looking for a 100 square metres, don't book here) the beds were very comfortable, and the room was absolutely quiet at day and nighttime.
Breakfast was normal, (different bread and buns, cheese and ham, fishcream, jam, yogurt, cookies, fruits...), many teas to choose from, a coffee-machine with different options (Latte, cappu, ect). Always a very relaxed and smooth athmosphere, jazzy music in the lounge, and if we had any extra wishes, none of them were a problem at all. Tea and coffee is available at the bar around the clock for free. We are already looking forward to our next stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
